Sun of Hope
The sun of hope glides across the sky
Whose rays of light we need to thrive
Periodically the sun vanishes and hides
But the Sun of hope is always alive
Every day it rises and sets again
Those who know its nature will be the same
Few will go blind when it will rain
In the night such people will face much disdain
Those who do not see the sun as eternal
They will not survive the nebulous night
They see sun being replaced with stare infernal
So weak it cannot make the earth bright
Such is the puzzling nature of hope
It's even there when we can't see it
Think of the sun as bound by a rope
It vanishes out of sight but it remains
